1 can organic chick peas
3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise (I use vegenaise)
4 tablespoons pickle juice
1 stick celery, diced
2 slices onion, diced
smidge garlic powder
dill (add as much as desired)
1/2 carrot diced
2 slices whole what bread (toasted)
spinach or alfalfa sprouts
1- Crush chickpeas with a fork until mashed completly. 2- Add vegan mayonnaise and pickle juice (add more if desired)3- Mix in spices (add more if desired)4- Add all veggies5- Personally I think it tastes much better if you let it sit in the fridge for awhile although not necessary. Place the "tuna" on the toasted bread.6- Put alfalfa sprouts or greens of choice on the tuna: adding tomato and or whatever else optional! Aand walah! Done.
