1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons raw nut butter
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Water, as needed
This is SUPER easy and it really sticks to your ribs!! I eat this all by itself!! It keeps well for a few days.
1) Place all ingredients in a the bowl of a food processor. Pulse and chop all ingredients for a minute. Continue processing until smooth. Add water, if needed, to adjust consistency.
Serve with your favorite raw gravy. My favorites are mushroom gravy or make up your own! Also, you can add nutritional yeast with red pepper for cheesy taters! Enjoy!
