1 can white beans
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3-4 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
garlic salt to taste
Puree the all the ingredients together until you have a desired consistence (I prefer very smooth).
You can use a hand blender, blender, food processor, etc.
Chill and serve!
Use for your favorite veggies, tortilla chips, pita chips, etc..
