1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2-1 tablespoon nut/seed butter (I used sunflower seed butter)
I came up with this the other day looking for a quick snack....
Slice banana in a bowl, add cocoa and nut/seed butter. Microwave 10-20 seconds, stir to mix together, and eat up with a spoon!!
The first day I used a fairly ripe banana, and the sweetness provided a nice gooey liquid to mix around, and I ate warm. :)
Then, today, I used a frozen banana and after warming enough to mix, spread it on toast for a WONDERFUL sandwich spread
