1/2 cup silken dessert tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
1/2 cup nondairy milk
1/4 cup extra-dark vegan chocolate chips
For the dessert tofu - Mori-Nu makes individual packets of flavored dessert tofu, and while I'm not a fan of all the packaging, the stuff is crazy delicious. If you're using Mori-Nu, this should take two of the little serving cups. In this recipe, I'd recommend almond, banana, or just plain dessert tofu.
1) Combine the chocolate and nondairy milk in a pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring to help the chocolate melt.
2) Add tofu and whisk briskly to break the tofu up and make a smooth drink. Enjoy!
