4 cups/8oz. cans of tomato sauce (I used salt free)
5 cups plain soy or rice milk (I used rice milk)
(optional) 1 tablespoon vegan Dijon mustard
(optional) 2 tablespoons salsa (I used low sodium)
(optional) your favorite seasonings (I added basil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder)
Mix and stir together tomato sauce and plant milk together in big bowl for each cup makes 1-2 servings so as much as you want to make. Then you can add Dijon mustard and salsa, cook over stove top for 10 minutes or microwave medium-high for 4 minutes. Then let cool for about 4 minutes, add seasonings if you would like and serve.
