1 banana, frozen
1 heaping tablespoon of cacao powder or nibs
1 heaping tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 to 2 cups almond milk or 2 tablespoons almond butter and 1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
1 date, pitted
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend and enjoy.
