1/2 red pepper
1/4 red onion
1 package Shitake mushrooms
1 package soy tempeh
Cut tempeh into small cubes and the red pepper and onions into slices. Heat pan on stove at high heat. Throw tempeh, red pepper, onions, and mushrooms in pan and pour teriyaki sauce on top. Stir until coated evenly. Do the same with the BBQ sauce. Saute on high heat until ready to serve.
Serve on bed of jasmine rice and enjoy!
