1 12" wheat tortilla
1 fresh banana
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/4 teaspoon curry powder or more to taste
1 tablespoon golden raisins
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut sweetened
optional: pineapple ring broiled and browned
as a garnish with a marshino cherry on top.. be
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place tortilla on table, spread applesauce to edge of tortlla, add whole peeled banana, sprinkle curry powder on top, golden raisins, dried cranberries, almonds and coconut on tortilla.
Fold ends and roll like a burrito. Cut in half. Each wrap should make 2 servings.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
