1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Veganaise)
1 (16 ounce) container vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
2 green onions, chopped small
1 (1 ounce) package vegetable dip seasoning packet (I use Knorr)
1. Put vegan mayonnaise into a large bowl. Empty spinach into bowl with veganaise. Put in the vegan sour cream.
2. Add the chopped green onions, and seasoning.
3. Mix well. Chill in fridge 1-2 hours, the longer the better.
Empty into a large bread bowl. Enjoy with friends and family! Sure to be a hit

Source of recipe: I modified this recipe to make it vegan from the Knorr's vegetable dip recipe, and added spinach! Everywhere I bring this, it always gets completely eaten! A great dip to bring along to any party, also has been known to beat the "regular" spinach dip.
