1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic
2 to 4 tablespoons flax seed meal, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Steam cauliflower until tender.
2. Put cauliflower in food processor with garlic and puree until smooth. Add flaxseed meal, if using and puree to mix in This gives it more of a potato consistency.
3. Serve and let people salt and pepper to their taste.
