1/3 cup cashews, soaked overnight
3/4 cup frozen raspberries.
2 tablespoons agave nectar (or 1/2 teaspoon stevia)
1/2 teaspoon lucuma powder (optional)
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 vanilla bean, scraped
Water or almond milk, as needed
1) Put all ingredients in blender and add water or almond milk (or even coconut water!) to just reach the top of ingredients (I use a magic bullet, which is super easy for measuring).
2. Pulse rapidly and, once the berries are broken down, finish it off with high power blenderization. Pour into favorite chilled glass and enjoy!
