2 - 8 ounce containers vegan cream cheese (I use Tofutti Cream Cheese)
2 prepared vegan pie crust sheets (I use Pillsbury)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vegan margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1) Preheat oven 350 degrees
2) Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
3) Divide dough sheet in half, place one at the bottom of baking dish. Place cream cheese mixture on top of the dough. Place second layer of dough on top.
4) Melt margaine and mix in cinnamon and remaining sugar. Place margarine mixture on top of top layer of dough and bake for 30 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 15 to 30 minutes.
