1/2 large baking potato, cut into medium-sized cubes
5 to 10 baby carrots, cut into thirds
1 - 2 tablespoon of margarine
1/4 cup of frozen corn
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1) Combine potatoes and carrots in dish of choice (I use an over-sized mug). Top with margarine.
2) Microwave on high for a minute or so, until the margarine gets mostly melted. Stir everything around to make sure it gets coated.
3) Microwave for 4 minutes on high, or until everything is cooked to a pleasing texture. Throw in the frozen corn and microwave for another 30 seconds. Add seasonings. Enjoy!
