3 cups vegan melting dark chocolate wafers, or 2 (12-ounce) bags vegan semi-sweet chips
zest from 1 orange
3 teaspoons orange extract
1. Line an ice cube tray with plastic wrap or prepare a mould.
2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or a metal bowl over boiling water. Stir until few to no lumps are in it.
3. Grate orange zest into it. Stir. Add extract, stir.
4. Pour chocolate into tray. Put into freezer for 1-1/2 hours. Enjoy!
