1 - 7.5 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and finely chopped
1/2 roasted red pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced Bread, pita, or wrap
Vegan cream cheese
1) To make the relish, mix artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, onions, and garlic in a small bowl.
2) To make sandwiches, coat bread/wrap/pita with cream cheese and hummus. Top with relish.
Source of recipe: I typically eat my hummus on a sandwich with cream cheese. The artichoke relish seemed like it would be a good compliment.
