1 1/2 cup Soymilk
1 tablespoon Agave
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
Put it all in the blender until delicious. Drink and enjoy!
You could probably use vanilla soymilk and frozen bananas with pretty good results too but I have yet to try it that way.
