1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/2 cup raw cashews
1) Combine all ingredients and blend until very creamy, at least 2 minutes.
Trust me that you need that tall narrow vessel...else you will be covered with the stuff :)
A couple variants: use less water for a veggie dip or replace the water with a cup of English cucumber.
