1 pear, chopped in bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon maple syrup, or as desired
1 (about 2 ounce) packet plain instant oatmeal
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vegan margarine
1. Add pear to microwave safe bowl. Drizzle maple syrup over the pear, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to mix together.
2. In a separate small bowl, empty packet of oatmeal. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon vegan margarine and mix together with your fingers to form a crumble.
3. Pour the crumble over the pear mixture and lightly pat down. Place pear mixture in the microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds. Check to see if the pear is tender by piercing it with a fork. If it is still a little hard, microwave for another 90 seconds. Stir and enjoy.
