2 very ripe bananas
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup carob powder
1) Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
This spread can be made sweeter (add more bananas), thicker (add more peanut butter), or more 'chocolaty' (add more carob powder).
Spread on toast, muffins, banana bread, or use as a healthy frosting for cakes/cupcakes.
