2 very ripe mangoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
4 ripe avocados, cut into same chunks as mango
15 gram bunch fresh coriander (adjust to taste)
Small red onion or spring onion, very finely chopped (optional)
Olive oil, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1) Mix all the ingredients together and presto! It does keep in the fridge overnight, but is best served fresh.
