whole wheat bagel (I use Thomas, which has 10 grams of protein!)
tomato sauce (example: Prego Traditional)
vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
garlic powder, optional
Take the bagel and put the tomato sauce on each half. Sprinkle a little garlic powder over the sauce. Use as much or as little as you prefer. Put the veggie shredded cheese on top. Cook the bagel in the toaster oven or regular oven, it usually takes about 8 minutes. Enjoy :D
Also, you could always add vegan pepperoni slices for some extra protein and taste!
