1 18-ounce box of vegan chocolate cake mix (I use Cherrybrook Kitchen)
1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
6-ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
Follow Directions on the Cake Mix box. Mix in Cherry Pie Filling and Chocolate Chips. Pour Mix in cupcake holders and bake for about 25 minutes. After done, let them cool for about 40 minutes in order to frost them :)
Cherry Buttercream Frosting Recipe -
1/4 cup strawberries, pureed (I use frozen, thawed overnight)1 cup vegan margarine at room temperature (I use Earth Balance)3-1/2 cups powdered sugar (Might need more than that if it comes out too liquidy)1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
