2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (or allspice)
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli)
2 cups banana puree (4 large bananas)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Combine flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
2. Add banana puree to mixing bowl, and mix together. Place baking cups in muffin pan or spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
3. Pour mix into muffin pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
