2 frozen bananas
1/2-3/4 cup nondairy milk
1-2 tablespoons sugar to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients in to a blender and blend for about 15 seconds - don't overblend or you'll lose the texture. Since the result really doesnt taste too much like bananas, don't be afraid to add extra ingredients that you would use with regular vanilla ice cream. I tried this with vegan cookie dough and it was awesome! Enjoy.
