1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt
1 heaping teaspoon lightly diced capers
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 pinch dill
1 pinch oregano
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
I toss it with a couple small heads of romaine lettuce, and some grilled vegan "chicken" strips.
