1 banana, chopped
1 cup nondairy milk (I use almond)
5-7 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until milkshake consistency.
