1/3 cup wholegrain rolled porridge oats
2/3 cup of chocolate nondairy milk (I use soy)
1. Add oats to a microwaveable bowl and pour over the chocolate milk.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, return to microwave, and cook another 1-2 minutes, until cooked to your preferred consistency. (I like it cooked out and not too sloppy).
3. Depending on how you like it, you may need to add an extra splash chocolate milk. Stir, eat and enjoy!
Source of recipe: I had some chocolate soya milk that needed using up one morning; I have made this as a quick chocolate pudding in an evening for myself!
