5 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red onion, diced, divided
2 veggie burgers, chopped
splash vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons relish
2 tablespoons water
2 romaine hearts, chopped
handful grape tomatoes, halved
1. Saute mushrooms and 1/2 the onions for 3 minutes, then add veggie burgers.
2. Splash Worcestershire sauce in, and cook until burgers are a little browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add mustard, ketchup, onion powder, relish and water together in blender/food processor, and blend.
4. Put lettuce, tomato, and remaining onion in a bowl. Drizzle on the dressing and top with the veggie burger mixture. Enjoy!
