2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2-1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
1/2 teaspoon chives
1. Mix the miso, tahini, lemon juice, and spices.
2. Add water for desired consistency. No, really, that's it.
I have been eating this with celery at least once a day for the past few weeks. It is addictive! I then realized it has a lot of the same ingredients as goddess dressing, so that explains the yumminess. I typically use the dark brown miso, but I accidentally got a lighter miso and just add a bit of tamari to make it the desired flavor (and saltiness).
