1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 grapefruit, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup vanilla vegan yogurt
1/2 cup raw cashews
sprinkle coconut flakes
sprinkle dried cranberries
1. Add fruits to bowl, and top with yogurt.
2. Sprinkle on nuts, dried cranberries and coconut flakes.
Full of vitamin C! You could sub any fruits you like. Others I have tried are: bananas, apples, grapes, mango, pineapple. Other options for nuts/seeds that I have tried are pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Great way to start the morning!
