8 tablespoons pasta sauce, divided
4 tablespoons vegan mozzarella cheese, divided (I use Daiya)
2 tablespoons vegan parmesan, divided
2 English muffins, halved
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Put 2 tablespoons pasta sauce on each piece of English muffin.
2. Top with 1/2 tablespoon parmesan on each piece of English muffin and then 1 tablespoon cheese.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
