1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water; add more or less for consistency
1 tablespoon tamari (soy sauce)
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1. Whisk together the tahini and apple cider vinegar until it becomes thick and creamy.
2. Add some water and stir it in to combine thoroughly. Add water until you get the consistency you like.
3. Stir in the tamari, sesame oil and seasonings and whisk together until smooth.
Drizzle over salad, leave it thick as a dipping sauce, or stir it into some cooked beans for a creamy sauce.
