3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 shots vanilla vegan creamer (or 6 tablespoons)
1 shot regular vodka (or 3 tablespoons)
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 ice cube
sprinkle ground nutmeg
1. Combine all ingredients except for the nutmeg in a martini shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, then pour into a martini glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
