1 (12 ounce) package spring roll or wonton wrappers
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
oil, as needed for frying
1. If using spring roll wrappers, cut in half. Place powdered sugar in a dish and mix in cinnamon. Heat oil in deep pan.
2. Deep-fry wrappers, and when golden drain on paper for a moment. While still warm, roll in cinnamon sugar. Set on a plate or rack to cool.
Simplicity itself, and so good!
