2 cups pre-packaged shredded coleslaw
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vegan sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon celery salt
pepper, to taste
8 slices sourdough bread
1 recipe Russian dressing, divided

1 tablespoon olive oil
8-10 slices vegan muenster cheese, divided
8-10 slices vegan turkey deli slices, divided

olive oil, as needed
1. To make coleslaw, combine the cabbage mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, white vinegar, dried mustard, celery salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Toast one side of the bread for each sandwich in skillet and then flip. Add 2-3 slices cheese and cover with lid to melt.
3. Fry vegan turkey slightly in olive oil. To build, spread the Russian dressing on 1 slice toasted bread and top with coleslaw.
4. Add fried turkey slices and the other piece of toasted bread with cheese. Cut in 1/2. Repeat for all sandwiches.
Serve with fries or chips.
