1 c. TVP
7/8 c. boiling water or broth
1/2 c. Vegan Mayo
1/2 c. Mustard
1/4 c. Nutritional yeast (To taste really)
Basil (To taste)
Black Pepper (To taste)
Prepare TVP according to the package. Store the hot TVP in the freezer for 5 minutes for it to cool off.
When 5 minutes are up combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix throughly. Serve on any bread. Its also really good hot.
