2 cups Tangerine Juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
2 cups Frozen Bananas
1. Remember to freeze your bananas ahead of time.
2. Blend 1 cup of bananas with 2 cups Tangerine Juice. After a few seconds add the next cup of bananas, then blend til smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a container and freeze until hard. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving, OR put through a Champion Juicer for a smoother smoothie.
