1/4 cup whole flax seed
2 cups water
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Cinnamon, to taste
Grind flax seed, then place all ingredient in a blender and process until well combined.
Options: Let mixture stand for five minutes, then strain the liquid to drink. (I just drink the whole thing and it's delicious!) If you want it in the form of a pudding, simply let it sit for half and hour, and voila!
