A handful of blueberries
8 strawberries with stem removed
2 pieces of kale a handful of spinach
1 large ccarrots handful of baby spinach leaves
2 cups of Simply Lemonade
Since this is a healthy drink you can use as much as you want as far as ingredients. You do not have to chop anything up just put everything in a smoothie maker and blend. I use a smoothie maker because it gives you everything back that you put in it instead of using a juicer. The ice will keep it cold and it is very tasty, never mind the color that comes out of the smoothie maker.
