I'm about to make a bold statement. Indian food might be my most favorite cuisine.
Well, except for Mediterannean . And Japanese . Oh and maybe Mexican . What? Food is delicious! And it's especially delicious when you open your mind (and your stomachs!) to different tastes from all over the world. Some people complain about the foods that aren't available to vegans, but I eat so many more new foods as a vegan than I ever did before. If I hadn't become vegan, I might have never known the wonders of West African Peanut Butter Stew  and Lebanese Aubergine and Courgette Curry . And that is a shame because those are like the two best things in the universe.
