10 Minute Asian Chikun Salad

What you need: 

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (12-ounce) package vegan chicken strips
3 romaine hearts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 (2.25-ounce) package almond slivers, toasted
ginger dressing, to taste

What you do: 

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add vegan chicken strips; saute. Cool either by putting in freezer for 5 minutes or just set aside. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to combine.
