Alisons Balsamic Vinaigrette

What you need: 

2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3-4 tablespoon olive oil

What you do: 

Balsamic vinaigrette a la Alison, my mom: Stir together Dijon and vinegar in a small jar. Add olive oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly. The mustard and whisking help emulsify for a beautiful texture. If it tastes to mustardy for your liking, add a little more vinegar and or/oil. Shake before serving.
