Almond Shake

What you need: 

1/2 cup almonds (raw are fine)
2 cup water
maple syrup (optional)
Approximately 3 frozen bananas (cut into bite-size chunks before freezing)
3 Tblsp carob powder

What you do: 

Grind almonds in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes. Add one cup of water and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Add another cup of water and blend for 2 more minutes. Pour alomond mixture into a strainer lined with cheese cloth over a large bowl. Let strain for several minutes. Pour almond milk into a container and chill for several hours. (
