Aloo Tikki

What you need: 

1 cup water
2 slices of bread
2 boiled potatoes
garam masala powder (black pepper, dalchin and elaichi)
fried mustard seeds, amount to taste
2 tablespoons oil
lemon juice
salt, etc. to taste

What you do: 

Soak bread in water for 15 minutes.
Drain the remaining water afterward.
Mix boiled potatoes to soaked bread thoroughly into paste followed by garam masala powder, lemon juice, fried mustard seeds & salt.
Take 2 tablespoons of oil in pan & fry the above preparation in it (in vada shape) until the colour changes to slight red.
After the colour changes take it out & serve hot.
