Amys Own Spectacular Peanut Butter Pie

What you need: 

1 box silken firm tofu (Mori-nu)
1/2 jar vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
1/2 jar peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (you could use chocolate)
1 ready made vegan graham cracker pie crust

What you do: 

Using a food processor is best method. I suppose you could use a blender.
Put all your ingredients in the food processor and blend till smooth and creamy, well blended.
Spoon mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
Garnish with some vegan chocolate syrup and/or melted peanut butter (heated in microwave till liquefied)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was amazingly simple and incredibly delicious! For the hazelnut spread, I used NutKao dark chocolate spread and for the "milk" I used dark chocolate almond milk. I let the pie chill overnight in the fridge; it was nowhere near set at 1 hour but by morning it was perfect. Yes, my husband and I ate some for breakfast.  :)
