Apple Pie in a Bowl (No Sugar, No Flour)

What you need: 

1 apple. washed, cored, and sliced (any kind will do, I perfer tart apples)
allspice, to taste
1/3 cup oatmeal (I use Old Fashioned style)
1/4 cup wheat germ (optional, but gives a nutritional boost)
non-dairy milk (I use rice milk)
cinnamon, to taste
vanilla, to taste
agave nectar, to taste

What you do: 

1. Place apple in a microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle with allspice.
2. In separate bowl, mix together oatmail, wheat germ, oatmeal, rice milk ,cinnamon, and vanilla. Only add enough milk to thoroughly moisten the oatmeal. Pour this mixture over the apples. Drizzle some agave nectar over oatmeal mixture.
3. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the apples. Once done, let stand in microwave for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave with care, the bowl will be hot. Stir and enjoy!!
