Apple Walnut Pomegranate Broccoli Slaw

What you need:

1 bag (12 ounces) broccoli slaw (I use Trader Joe's)
1-2 apples, chopped or sliced (I use honey crisp)
arils from 1 pomegranate
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped (I use Italian flat leaf)
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup raw walnuts

What you do:

1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. You may wish to leave walnuts out until serving, so they don't get soggy.
2. Toss and serve.
3. Serve immediately, or chill 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
Keeps well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Source of recipe: I threw a lot of things I liked in a bowl and took it to a party. They liked it, so I've kept on throwing.
