Apple & Watermelon Fruit Smoothie

What you need: 

250ml (half pint) concentrated apple juice (sugar free)
quarter of a melon (diced)
half a cup of ice if desired
crush ice before blending as large chunks may harm blades

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Very refreshing on a hot summer day!
