Avacado, Tomato, and Sprouts Sandwich

What you need: 

1/2 to 1 avocado
whole grain bread
tomato
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
alfalfa sprouts
Italian dressing

What you do: 

1) Mash avocado. (Make sure you use a ripe avocado. It should be soft enough to touch that you can easily dent it with your fingertips. If not, leave it out on a warm counter a day or two until it is ripe!)
2) Spread avocado on your bread. Cover this with tomato slices. Add salt, pepper, and a good bunch of sprouts. Pour a little Italian dressing on the sprouts (they hold it fairly well).
3) Top with another slice of bread and enjoy. Beware, this can be messy!
Source of recipe: I used to get a similar sandwich at a sub shop where I used to live. Now I have to make my own!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe was not only delicious but also was really fast and easy to make.

I substituted creamy Italian dressing for regular Italian dressing because of my own personal taste preference.
